Note: Please confirm the address informations when you place the order.

All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of you placing the order using DHL eCommerce, USPS or depending on your location and fastest available service. A typical delivery time frame is between 4 to 6 business days. However, you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.

Q: Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

A: Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route. Thank you for your understanding.
